CONCEPTUALISE
When we help our clients to conceptualise an experience, we start with a basic framework from which an experience creation can grow and organically take shape. We dive down to the minute details and take time to really understand our client’s objectives.
Our team will then brainstorm ideas to expand on the client’s ideas and aspirations, further refining themes that will be infused throughout our experience creation. Through this process of experience creation, we never lose sight of our client’s strategic goals and defined milestones.
CREATE
Once there is a mutual understanding of what is expected, our team will research every major aspect and minor detail of what we intend to propose as an experience creator. We ensure that all the elements in our design are aligned to our clients’ requirements.
Our expertise in experience creation permits us to consider injecting even the most out-of-the-box elements. We know what works and what doesn’t. We are deeply aware that there is no one-size-fits-all in experience creation and we are driven by an individual client’s objectives.
PLAN
In the planning stage, we internalise the experience creation within our own company so that we are fully conversant with, and committed to, the client’s objectives. We establish our own internal goals and objectives for the experience creation and put together a multi-disciplinary team that will bring the experience creation to life.
Having clear goals from the start helps our team make more informed decisions when it details a plan encompassing all the components of an experience creation, including venue details, logistics, catering, contracts, permits as well as activities and entertainment.
DEVELOP
No plan that we come up with will be 100% executable. Divergences from our plan are typically encountered in the development stage of an experience creation. They are often anticipated and we have the know-hows to handle any setbacks in its stride. It is all part of the process.
The development stage is when all the creative work that has gone into an experience creation so far takes more tangible shape. As a nimble and flexible experience creator, we make swift decisions to ensure that we are on track and remain aligned to our client’s goals and objectives.
PRODUCE
Bringing an experience creation together requires a lot of coordination and hard work. Suppliers have to be chased, props have to be sourced, catering has to be confirmed not to mention activities programming, entertainment lighting, installations and so on. Each experience creation has its own range of demands.
For large-scale experience creations, the list of things that needs to be done in the production stage is seemingly endless. Nonetheless, every minute and major detail has to be addressed to ensure the successful delivery of an experience.
It is inevitable that problems will arise. Problem-solving is part of our DNA. At the production stage, it is important to remain calm under the pressure in order to handle any situation that comes our way.
IMPLEMENT
At the implementation stage, we ensure that attendees feel and stay connected to our creation. Every element must add to the overall atmosphere that creates positive vibes for all stakeholders.
Any awareness and buzz have to be generated as early as possible for any experience creation. Our aim is for the experience to stay in the attendees’ memories so that they can much later connect their positive experience to the brand or movement that underpins our experience creation.
Social media such as Facebook and Instagram is an important element in eliciting a response from attendees about their experience. A good experience shared is very valuable to our client as well as us.
