Between October 31 and November 3, the global badminton community turned its eyes towards Jakarta’s iconic ISTORA Senayan for an event that was more than just a competition. It was KIN’s foray into Indonesia as well as providing advisory as the event management consultant, steering the tournament’s shift into a groundbreaking team-based format.

KIN had the privilege of being the Event Delivery Partner for the historic FIDE World Chess Championship Singapore 2024. Providing comprehensive event management of logistics, operations, and ensuring an undistracted, fair environment for the players within the tight 36-hour window available to set up the venue.

KIN embraced the mantle of Co-Promoter, Event Manager, and Logistics Provider for the prestigious Tour de France Prudential Singapore Criterium 2024, executing an international event that perfectly encapsulated the spirit of world-class cycling.

The Singapore 2024 World Taekwondo Virtual Championship successfully continued the momentum of a rapidly growing sport of virtual taekwondo with KIN as its Event Delivery Partner.

This pivotal event not only showcased KIN’s commitment to providing exceptional event experiences but also highlighted our ability to foster significant growth within the esports industry in Singapore and beyond.

The HSBC SVNS Singapore 2024 marked an exciting new chapter in the world of
sevens rugby, taking the sport to unprecedented heights with a unique blend of
athleticism, entertainment, and cultural experiences.

The 2023 FIBA Intercontinental Cup, held September 21-24, brought together the champions of six club leagues for a thrilling competition. For the first time ever, Singapore hosted the tournament at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, making it the first Intercontinental Cup held in Asia. KIN, an integrated experiential agency, was appointed as the Event Delivery and Management Company to assist the organizers in understanding the requirements and successfully executing the event.

The Olympic Movement launched the Inaugural Olympic eSports Week (OEW) at the Suntec Centre in Singapore on June 22. The event was organized in partnership with the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), Sport Singapore (SportSG), and the Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC). It was the IOC’s first-ever festival and global competition dedicated to virtual and simulated sports, with live and in-person finals.

The World Table Tennis Singapore Smash took place at the prestigious Singapore Sports Hub from 11th to 19th March 2023, attracting top players from around the world. KIN served as the event delivery partner, involved in conceptualization, planning, and execution. The event featured 64 entries, including the top male and female players, competing over nine days. Spectators enjoyed various engagement opportunities, including Sky Suites for VIPs, Infinity Lounges with butler service, VR booths, autograph sessions, and meet-and-greet events. The opening ceremony wowed the audience with dazzling displays and live entertainment. The event’s success was attributed to meticulous planning, management, and innovative technology integration, leaving a lasting memory for all involved.
